Mail a mission supply box to Caleb & Melissa

Many people ask about mailing mission supplies for the ministry in PNG. So below we put together a practical missionary supply list. (Some titles below have a direct Amazon link.)

We have learned that the best size-to-cost ratio is a strong box 16x16x16, with 30lbs max weight. It will cost around $250 mailed through the USPS. DHL is also an option, but a more expensive.

Tape the outside of the box well with strong industrial tape (the boxes get a beating during their round-the-world travel). Pack liquids/gels in sealed ziplock, then securely tape.

Indicate gift on the customs form at the PO. When filling out the customs form, use phrases such as "school supplies," "medical supplies," "missions supplies," "pantry supplies," etc. (we have had boxes opened and supplies stollen if written wrongly/suspiciously).

Before mailing package contact us to see which location to mail it to.
